At Aspire all our programmes are tailored especially for you and your ability.
I use a combination of low impact and core work using stability balls, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.
* I also offer all my clients a yummy homemade (by moi!) protein ball after each session to refuel and enable the muscle repair and growth process. I also find it helps take the edge off that post- workout hunger which reduces the urge to go home and make a poor food choice due to 'hungry head' - it's real, trust me I feel the pain too! That way you don't undo all that Awesome Effort you just put into your session!
The Aspire Fitness Studio
I work from my own lovely, private training studio set within attractive grounds and with plenty of parking.
I can also train clients in their own homes, therefore there is no need for you to be a member of a gym.
I use a variety of equipment in my training- stability/Swiss balls, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, kettlebells, Vipr, boxing/ padwork and most importantly YOU! - bodyweight exercises are highly effective and challenging for all levels of fitness.
