Important things to remember when training :

Wear loose clothing or sports clothing

Wear suitable footwear ie, trainers

Do not drink alcohol before arriving and preferably also refrain from caffeine if possible

Remember to bring water to your training session!
When Booking your sessions with Aspire Fitness :
You must complete a Par-q form ( Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to prove that you are physically able to train and to also give your consent.
I will also require you to fill in a pre-consultation Health and Fitness form which enables me to tailor the exercise program to your specific fitness needs and goals and gives me a basic insight into your current health, lifestyle and diet.
I advise that you print out the forms before we meet which will focus your mind as to what it is you wish to achieve with Aspire.
