Donna is Brilliant. So professional yet so personal. Donna caters for my individual fitness and in my own home. She's helped me strengthen, get fit and push myself. This is exactly what I needed post spinal fusion op. Her post workout protein balls are to die for.

Donna is fantastic and incredibly knowledgable. I always look forward to her sessions. She ensures that they are always varied, interesting and challenging, a full body workout that is equally respectful of niggles or injuries. She definitely understands what you need and this is translated through each session. She takes into consideration what you enjoy but is keen to push you to ensure you get the best out of the workout.

I trust her implicitly to provide workouts that will not aggravate an old back injury. This is all topped off with a scrumptious protein ball! I'd highly recommend her :)
