Welcome to Aspire Fitness, I'm Donna Richardson and I provide personal training sessions either from my own purpose built training studio located on the outskirts of Thaxted, Essex or in clients own homes should they prefer. 

The programmes I create use a variety of training methods where all sessions are individually tailored to YOUR personal goals.

 

Fitness aspirations come in all shapes and sizes, just like us, not everyone wants to be super slim or ripped! For most clients their aim is to improve overall fitness in order to fully enjoy life, this can be as simple as being able to carry children up stairs without feeling out of breath.


Of course I also train for sports or fitness goals too, maybe you wish to get stronger, faster, fitter... Perhaps you have an event you're training for like a 5k run,marathon or even a mud run and need the encouragement to keep your training schedule on track.


For some, the training is about weight loss or management. I also offer nutritional support and guidance to improve health and weight management alongside the training sessions. I believe in 'clean eating' by which I mean fresh, non processed foods which are healthy and nutritious.  You will be surprised how much small achievable lifestyle changes can dramatically speed up your goals.
